The Wood River Arts Alliance presents its 5th annual free Children's Arts Festival for grades K-5 at the Community Campus in Hailey. New half-day format this year! Opening performance by Idaho Dance Theatre, followed by two sessions of classes. Registration starts at 8:45 am.
